Finally something that helps me!
I thought about giving this product 4 stars because it isn't a "Miracle Pill" - but then I never expected it to be. However, this is the only thing I've tried that has ever seriously helped me. I've struggled with my weight since puberty. It's been 17 years and I'm still fighting my weight. I've seen success, and I've seen failure. Throughout that whole time, one thing was for certain - I was okay with the dieting, and I was okay with the exercise, but when it came to the end of the day, I was always extremely, painfully hungry to the point where I'd get sick (even on a sensible diet). I'd lose sleep, become burned out, and that's why my diets would fail. With this pill, I'm able to finally take that edge off of my hunger and get the sleep and rest I needed to continue with my weight loss battle. Don't get me wrong - like I said, this isn't a "Miracle Pill" and sometimes I do feel hungry. The body has evolved many different cues to tell the brain that you're hungry - such as stretch receptors in your stomach, or blood glucose levels. Hoodia probably only works on one of these cues, which is why hunger could never be completely eliminated. It's just a fact of life that if you're going to lose weight, you're going to feel hungry at times. But with this pill it isn't agonizing anymore. It actually lifts my mood. And now I can focus on staying on track, rather than focusing on the pain in my stomach. You will still need to put in lots of effort; remember, Hoodia is an AID, not the solution. If you really want to lose weight, it's all up to you in the end.

Hoodia Works!
This product is wonderful. I am using it in conjunction with a change in diet and exercise. I have found that I don't get hunger cravings as I have on past diets. I actually am eating less since beginning use because I get full only half way through an average sized meal. I would recommend this product to anyone with food addiction and who get constant cravings. It has really helped me lose 50 lbs in 5 months!

I really like this diet pill...I mean I have tried quite a few kinds and this is the only one were it hasn't made me feel nauseated or fiant, that and it doesn't make you feel like your hearts' about pop out of your chest! It is relaxing actually and makes you feel better. And yes it works!! It does give you energy and it does help you lose weight. I have been trying diet pills since I was 16 yrs. old and this one is the best.. Remember that every person has a different body type, and this might work for someone else and not for you and vise versa. I like this one becuase it doesn't have caffine and a bunch of other stuff that jack up your body. It is natural and not addictive.
