so far, so good!
I have been taking these pills for almost a month now and am down 6 pounds. To be honest - I'm already a pretty fit, thin woman, but have some extra pounds around the middle that I have been trying to get rid of to no avail! I already see a huge difference and feel much better about my body.

I read the reviews on the level of caffeine contained in each pill, and was a bit worried because I drink 1 cup of coffee most days of the week, but not every day. With the pills, now I just don't drink coffee in the morning at work, only on the weekends (because I like the taste of it), but I still don't get any caffeine jitters when I take the pills AND have coffee! Because I'm already thin, and only want to lose about 8-10 pounds overall, I take one pill most days. Sometimes I will take the lunch time pill, but rarely. I take one in the am right when I wake up, then eat breakfast 20-30 minutes later. I haven't changed my diet at all or my exercise routine and I feel SO much better! I'm very happy to have purchased these pills, and I'm about to purchase another 3-months supply!

Did Not Work For Me!!!
I bought this because I ran out of my last batch of Hydroxycut 24, and I was very disappointed. Based on the bottle label and the previous reviews, I was actually hesitant to take more than one pill a day. Well, I began with one pill and about 20 minutes later, I bacame famished - I mean STARVING - and for carbs. Even when I am not trying to lose weight, I don't consume very many bad carbs. I tried taking two pills the next morning and the same thing; in addition, I did not have any type of burst of energy to get me through my workout like I did with Hydroxycut. I had lost 10 pounds while taking Hydroxycut 24 for two weeks and gained 3 pounds back on OEP - in a matter of 4 days. It didn't work for me, but is seems like it works for most people, Good luck!

Very disappointed!
I really hoped this product would work. I purchased it on the recommendation of a GNC employee who swore this stuff would work and it was the best one on the market. I started with one pill in the morning, then worked up to one twice daily. I noticed that it felt like my internal thermostat had been kicked up to over 100 degrees and I was extremely jittery. Now, I must note that I have always been a big coffee drinker and I wasn't having much coffee at all after starting these pills. I have always had a good caffeine tolerance. These made me uncomfortably hot and sweaty. I did have a little more energy and it seemed to help my mood ever so slightly. My appetite was only decreased in the beginning. However, after taking OEP for approximately a month now, I have not lost any weight whatsoever. It was quite pricey, too. It is hard to believe all those gleaming reviews after my experience. I would not recommend this product. If you do decide to try it, get it at GNC and you can return it within 30 days to get a full refund if need be.

Can't say too much about it. Didn't lose an ounce. I had energy after taking it but other than that... To be fair I didn't always remember to take it according to directions and that may have affected my results. If you can find it cheap enuf to try, go ahead. It may work better for you but I won't buy it again.

Hydrox Hardcore is new diet pill on the market (I think). I found it online about a month ago while looking for the lowest price for Phenphedrine (another fat burner) and decided to give it a shot. I was browsing online looking for a weight loss pill to help me lose some weight after my pregnancy when I came across Hydrox Hardcore. A fat burner pill that makes you feel energized. VERY powerful stuff
Wow! Excellent product, but really powerful stuff. The claims that you shouldn't use it if you're only looking to lose a couple of pounds are true. I am dieting with a friend and my weight loss goals are much higher than hers (shes looking to lose 5-10lbs) it only took a week or two for her to reach her goals but the pills made her feel a little shaky because they worked so aggressively. Good news for me though, I am well on my way to my 38 lb goal- and I am only 5 weeks in! Will def buy again & again until the job is done.

Very Satisfied
I was looking for an all natural way to lose weight. I decided to try this product. I noticed a difference in the way I felt about food right away. I stopped thinking about it so much because I didn't feel as hungry. It was most beneficial to me at night, especially because I was a late night snacker. I have already lost weight using Hoodia, and I plan on continuing to use it. I have felt no side effects, just my appetite decreasing. I find this product very effective.

I have only been taking this product for two days, but so far it has been working great!!! The bottle states that you should take two pills a day, but for me, I only need to take one to feel satisfied. As far as weight loss, it is too soon to tell, but if you are looking for an all natural product to curb your appetite, this might just be for you!! :)

I like the Metabo Extreme Fat Burners that I ordered from Amazon. It would have been nice if the seller would offer information for the pills before putting them up for sale such as exactly how to use the pills, has the seller tried the pills themselves, etc. All in all, this is a great product. I have been slowly losing weight (15 pounds since Feb.) and thought this might help it go a little faster - well - NO SUCH LUCK! I don't believe that I've actually lost anything since I started taking them. Would NOT recommend spending your money!

This is the only diet pill I feel I need to use going forward. It is an excellent, safe formula that has gotten me some nice results. I take it twice a day with food and have lost about 11 pounds over the last two months. I have been using it along with a nice colon cleanse product that I have found. I think if you try this product for a few months you will be as happy as I am. No diet pill in the world will work without modifying bad eating habbits too unless you want to exercise like crazy but who has time for that...

Amazing amazon
I have seen many advertisements for acia berry as being the new food. Oprah to models. I thought..Ha, this is a joke just to get people hooked on a placebo pill. I don't think it is all psychological. I started taking these Amazon Acia berry pills and I noticed that it digests my food quickly by getting rid of the toxic waste that is not necessary for my body. This is how it helps loose weight. It does boost my energy. It is not an appetite suppressant or anything like it. It does have a funky taste, but thankfully you can take it with food, as you are suppose to. Well, it now looks like Amazon sells it cheaper themselves. Just search for B0019KXBIS and it takes you to a pack of 2 that is cheaper! Go Amazon! This tea is wonderful and everyone here seems to like it (which is the reason I tried it in the first place).

Miracle product
Ok I don't know about anyone else but for me this product is nothing short of miraculous. The taste is OK...I make just as I would any old iced tea; by the pitcher. On occasion I drink it hot. It doesn't taste bad, doesn't taste great. The miracle is what it has done for my body! I controls my appetite and I've lost a lot of weight since drinking it. This surprises me because my life has held a lot of tragedy this year which has thrown off my workouts. I thought surely I would gain weight (adding another tragedy to the list) but I started drinking this and my clothes are fitting despite not working out as much. I hate that the shipping is so expensive but I just can't be without this stuff.

It works...almost to well
Yes this product works. Although that comes with some warnings. I found it as a way to give me energy when working odd hours of the morning. Each pill has 200mg of caffeine which is great when you need a wake up. Much more potent than a couple cups of coffee. I do know that if you take moe than one pill at a time you can get your heart moving too fast. One pill works great and will give you decent energy for about 3 or 4 hours. With any energy supplement your body will become more dependant on that caffeine almost to the point of having to use it.

The wodners of Yohimbe bark
I first discovered this pill at the local gas station, and the cashier told me she took one and it made her vomit. Certainly does create a feeling of nausea if you don't follow the instructions and take it after a meal. And it causes a pain in the stomach if there is no food at all in there.

It takes a little bit of experimenting to know just the right way to use this diet pill. I picked up the 60 pill pack at the local drugstore and it contains 20 vials with 3 pills each, I guess so you can carry 1 vial with you during the day. But it makes abusing the pill tempting, and I can imagine kids daring each other to "just take the whole vial of pills at once man". Because of the euphoria created by the Yohimbe and it's effect of heightening pleasurable activity and skin sensitivity, people will of course tend to abuse this pill. But the caffeine content limits just how much you can handle.

I like it a lot, but here is some advice: Don't take it 4 to 6 hours before bedtime our you will not sleep well unless you have a physically exhausting job like me. If you take more than the recommend dosage all day long, you will be acting a little nuts by the end of the day. For me it tends to make everything very beautiful also.

The Dihydroxybergamottin ingredient slows down the body's ability to metabolize and use drugs, so they act slower and last longer. This can be a very bad thing if you are taking any other drugs of *any kind*.

The only real ingredient in this pill besides the caffeine is the yohimbe. But this pill contains a pure alkaloid extract of the yohimbe bark so the other natural ingredients that provide a synergistic "calming" effect are missing, so it's not at all similar to taking a yohimbe tincture.

To all those who are creative and like to play with herbs, I highly recommend buying yohimbe bark instead and making an extract yourself, and putting that in pills. It's much better without all the caffeine these pills contain and much cheaper.

But overall, I do love this diet pill more than the rest, yet some days it has a stronger effect than others. If you take more than the recommend dosage of this pill and you think "hey man this doesn't do 'nothin at all" then here is a test to prove just how powerful this stuff is --- Squat down and inhale deeply in and out just 3 times, then stand up. You will see stars and may even faint. I'm on my feet for 10 hours straight every day at work, 6 days a week. This pill makes getting through the day much easier and actually enjoyable, but when I stand up too fast I realize just how much of an effect these chemicals have on the body. And like I said, those who enage in 'pleasurable' activities while using yohimbe will really see what this Stacker 3 pill does.

Works well but is not for everyone
When you start taking this, you begin with one pill two times a day and build up to 3 pills two times a day so that you can rate your own tolerance. At first these made me feel very energized and peppy, but after two weeks I do not feel that way. I think I have built up a tolerance for even 3 pills 2 times a day. These pills do seem to provide results, but lately I have been getting headaches after taking the first 3 in the morning, but that could be because I also drink coffee in the morning and the warning label says to not consume any other type of caffeine. But I love my coffee.

So I think I have built up tolerance and I no longer feel so good when I take these. The results it provides are not worth the instability of my mood and the headaches. But otherwise it lives up to its guarantee. It just depends on how badly you want to lose the fat to see the muscle beneath.

Actually does work
I tried using this at the recommended dosage and got headaches, but using at a dose of a single capsule in the morning I had no side effects. I didn't really think it was doing anything much, although I was successfully losing weight with a diet and exercise plan. When the bottle ran out, I stopped taking it. Within a few days, I noticed a significant increase in stomach rumblings and cravings, urges for midnight snacks, and so on. So I'm back for more until I reach my target weight, and will probably wean off of it slowly (every other day, then every 3rd day) when I'm ready.

It works for me
I have used Tight for two months now, in addition to Universal Fat Burner, and I can clearly see that combination reduced fat on me.

I tried Xenadrine for a year, and its very good also. But I don't like much the "ups and downs" of its energy bust. With Tight, I dont feel the ups much, but I dont feel the downs either. This is a product to reduce fat, for energy try something else.

I go to the gym 5 days a week and keep a diet low in carbohidrates and fat. So, do not expect miracles if you are not doing your homework.

San Tight Satisfactory Results

The Semi-Wonder drug
Personally I used to make heavy use of Ephedra to cut up since I did a lot of running with few results. Did exactly what it was suppose to
I am 6'1" and 230, a big guy, with a healthy appetite. I could not go a couple of hours without eating or snacking on something. Phentramine worked. What a great diet aid.
My name is Judy and I am 59 years old. I live in New Orleans , Louisiana . I have been taking Phenterine for approximately 2 months and have lost about 7 lbs. Great product for gradual weight loss
When I started taking One A Day Weight Smart I was weighting 220 pounds, 5 months later I was down to 165 pounds, a 55 pound loss!
The pill works effectively but I did experience side effects such as frequent dreaming activity especially at the start and if taken without first having eaten a good meal expect some nasty stomachaches.

Is it worth $2 per DAY?
The initial problem I have with this product is that a daily dosage (3 twice daily) requires 6 pills. With 60 in a bottle you are essentially buying a 10 day supply. Worth it? Wow....do the math.

I would give it a 0 stars, but it does actually work as a dieuretic, just a very pricey one. There are much easier ways to relieve bloating and water weight!

I notice many of the 5 star reviewers have reviewed NO other products on amazon as well. That alone causes me concern (red flag??).

They work but...
They work quite well but I was nervous about taking 3 at once so I take 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch, and 1 with dinner.

Give it a chance
I am finishing my first bottom now, and have already purchased my second month of supply. I have to say that it has worked great for me. I try to eat right every day, but I don't have time for exercise. I have already lost 15 pounds. The amount of food that I eat on a daily basis is now about 1/4 the amount I used to eat before, which is why I have had such great effects. The pills make me less hungry and have no want to eat the bad foods.

Don't Waste Your Money.
I am so glad I trusted my intuition to buy only 1 bottle. I exercise daily,ate my meals & drink plenty of water while using this product. Absolutely,nothing. I really felt hungrier while taking Hi-tech fastin. P.S. I was forced to give it 1 star.

Fastin Works For Me
After reading the the other Fastin reviews, I felt the urge to provide an accurate review on Fastin.

I bought Fastin in late November and have continued to use it to this day. I do eat right on a daily basis, I *do not* have time to work out and *I am* still losing weight ~without~ feeling hungry tired or run down.

First, there is no hoodia in the ingredients as stated in the other review. To say it is actually Hoodia is completely false. Read the ingredients label and you will be able to verify Hoodia is not even in the formula and the person that wrote the review must not have read the label either. People should know their info before posting it.

Second, to call Fastin a "misnomer" in the same sentence they are calling the product "actually hoodia" should say enough...know your source...do you want to listen to someone that doesn't even know the ingredients?

Third, all of us dieters (should) know that we cannot rely 100% on ANY PRODUCT and expect magic to happen, this is just common sense.

Fourth, all of us dieters (should) know that we have to be willing to do our part.

The other person said they're half way through their bottle. The suggested dosage is 2-3 tabs per day, so they've only been on it 10-14 days and they're already reviewig it? This clearly says insufficient time allowed, very premature to say the least.

The individual that wrote the bad review also states they eat "relatively" right...what does eat "relatively" right mean??? On some days you eat right and on other days you go for the triple enchilada special? That will wreck any diet. Maybe "relatively" is why they experienced no weight loss and it wasn't the products fault afterall.

Just a possibility, maybe they're experiencing a weight loss plateau. Very common among dieters whether they chose to work out or are unable to work out for whatever reason. Been there done that many times and plateaus will not budge until they're ready to budge. Weight Loss plateaus can last for a good two weeks or more. Then suddenly you can see a drop in weight. If you're not familiar with weight loss plateaus, look it up on the internet. You'll be able to verify this, too.

I urge all interested individuals reading the 2 star review from the "relatively" right eater to disregard their review. Give the product a chance for yourself. Maybe it will work, maybe it won't. But, do allow sufficient time.

Fastin is a fabulous product that provides lots of energy and appetite suppression without the jitters or shakes. You don't need to feel wired to the max to lose weight.

I will say this too, dieters are all individuals and not every product is for every person because we are not all made from the same cookie cutter with the same identical body chemistry. We are "individuals" so different things work for different people. If one product worked for everyone, there wouldn't be so many products out there.

If you want to think about this further, there are many different prescription diet pills available via Doctor, too. Does this mean that only one is good and the others are bad? NO! It means, what works for one person may not work for the other person.

Just like antibiotics, sometimes you need to try more than one before you find the one that works for you.

For me personally, I love Fastin and Stimerex ES. Both excellent products!!! Thank you Vanity Shoppe for helping me with my weight loss!!! You guys are the best!!!

Also, I have never been "forced" to leave a star when writing a review.

Anyway, good luck to all of you dieters out there reading this and don't be discouraged by one "relatively right eater."

ABSOLUTELY works!!
I have used this product for about two years. In the first three months I lost thirty pounds at a slow but steady rate. Over the next three months I lost another twenty pounds (50 altogether!!) alternating BioLean II and BioLean Free in combination with LipoTrim and Accelerator. I confess I lost this weight with very little excersize. Only sporadic walking. I'm sure I would have lost more had I done so.

Over the last year and a half I continued using BioLean products for maintenence until about three months ago. I have had no rebound weight gain.

This product gave me NO adverse side effects. No insomnia, no leaky bottom, no headaches, no accelerated heartrate. In fact the only side effect was weight loss!! Oh, and the cost: $200 a month for BioLean II, LipoTrim, and Accelerator combo.

Biolean II Works!
I started using this product 6/5/07. I take 2 green & 1 white tablet in the morning with 1 Biolean Accelerator tablet. Mid day, before 3 PM, I take the other green tablet that comes in the daily dose packet, and another Accelerator. I have done nothing else; no increase exercise, no diet change, nothing. It is 7/21/07 and I have lost 10 pounds! I find I have no cravings, and when I am hungry, a few bites fills me up! When going out to dinner, a small salad, water, and maybe a light appetizer of shrimp or cheese tidbits, and I'm stuffed! It's expensive...$130 a month...but it is working for me, and I've tried it all...other OTC diet pills, Atkins, South Beach, fasting, everything! Actually Works!!

Awfull be carefull with it!
Its just a plain laxative and diuretics.First day you would feel really sick and drowsy, loose a few pounds of water weight from diarrhea and have a bad headache.I dont know how it would work in a long term but surely not good for you. The only reason i can imagine ever using it would be a so bad constipation that i wouldnt care about the side effects.

I have been suffering from terrible IBS-C for years and in the past few months it's gotten even worse. My stomach is always bloated and I look 6 months pregnant as soon as I eat something in the morning. Finally something that helps me!
I thought about giving this product 4 stars because it isn't a "Miracle Pill" - but then I never expected it to be. However, this is the only thing I've tried that has ever seriously helped me. I've struggled with my weight since puberty. It's been 17 years and I'm still fighting my weight. I've seen success, and I've seen failure. Throughout that whole time, one thing was for certain - I was okay with the dieting, and I was okay with the exercise, but when it came to the end of the day, I was always extremely, painfully hungry to the point where I'd get sick (even on a sensible diet). I'd lose sleep, become burned out, and that's why my diets would fail. With this pill, I'm able to finally take that edge off of my hunger and get the sleep and rest I needed to continue with my weight loss battle. Don't get me wrong - like I said, this isn't a "Miracle Pill" and sometimes I do feel hungry. The body has evolved many different cues to tell the brain that you're hungry - such as stretch receptors in your stomach, or blood glucose levels. Hoodia probably only works on one of these cues, which is why hunger could never be completely eliminated. It's just a fact of life that if you're going to lose weight, you're going to feel hungry at times. But with this pill it isn't agonizing anymore. It actually lifts my mood. And now I can focus on staying on track, rather than focusing on the pain in my stomach. You will still need to put in lots of effort; remember, Hoodia is an AID, not the solution. If you really want to lose weight, it's all up to you in the end.

This product is wonderful. I am using it in conjunction with a change in diet and exercise. I have found that I don't get hunger cravings as I have on past diets. I actually am eating less since beginning use because I get full only half way through an average sized meal. I really like this diet pill...I mean I have tried quite a few kinds and this is the only one were it hasn't made me feel nauseated or fiant, that and it doesn't make you feel like your hearts' about pop out of your chest! Quick Opinion
My experience on Alli has been great. I've been using it since Nov 2007 and have reached my goal weight. The side effects mentioned by some haven't effected me therefore I have to wonder if the people who have experience discharge, etc were actually following the diet plan or if they continued to eat high fat diets? I will continue to use Alli to maintain my weight.

Not sure yet if it works
I'm not yet sure if I like Alli. It took 3 days for the first effects to show up, which resulted in a quick change of clothes. So my advice is to follow the rules and switch to a low-fat diet for 3 days before you start taking it. Then I lost about 1.5 lbs in 10 days. Not great, but not bad either. Then the confusing part... in the last couple of days, with no diet changes, I went back up to my original weight. Water weight? I don't know yet.

Now for some facts. You'll be shocked at how much fat you've been consuming, because you'll see an oil slick in the toilet. The oil is orange and smelly, and it sticks to the toilet bowl. (I have to clean mine 3 times a day.) Alli works in two ways. First, you aren't absorbing as many calories through fat. Second, you have bowel movements up to 5 times a day. (All that oil that you aren't absorbing lubes the digestive tract.)

The Mayo clinic says that Orlistat produces an average weight loss of 6 lbs per year. Because Alli is a weaker version of Orlistat, they predict a weight loss of 3 lbs per year. That's not a lot of weight for the money you'll spend on Alli.

Want the same effect for less? Use jam on your toast instead of butter. Switch to fat-free sour cream, salad dressings, and cheese. Have one piece of bacon, not two. Eat chicken, not beef. Scramble your eggs, don't fry them. Eat veggie pizza, not pepperoni.

Bottom line... I'm going to keep taking Alli until my current supply runs out and then evaluate if it was worth the money.

6 days and almost 7 pounds lighter!
Hello,
I started taking this product on Monday. Today is the Saturday after, only 6 days later.

I have been doing EXACTLY what the book says to do, by eating a low fat diet, (mostly frozen weight watcher meals), Exercising (so far 30-45 min on the treadmill 4x this week), and taking one capsule with each meal 3x a day.

I have had ZERO problems or "treatment effects".

I am 6.75 pounds lighter than I was on Monday!

I'm sure some of it is water weight, as they say.. but still.. I'm very impressed by the results. I'm sure that the weight loss will slow down next week, but you never know... we shall see!

Just thought I'd share that, and also.. the fact, that I bought my supply at Costco. Costco has the 150 count starter kit for around $65, much less than on here. It's definitely worth the trip to Costco!

Alli is not an answer to itself... Exercise, and the Low-Fat Diet is a MUST!

If you eat too much fat, I've heard horror stories about people losing it in their pants. So you have to stick to the plan! And actually... the thought of crapping my pants, is a good stimulus to not eat fattening food! So for me, it actually has helped me stay away from fattening food when I'm "in the moment of temptation".

It's hard to tell how i reacted to this medicine. I ended up getting sick after taking it, and wasn't sure if it was related to this med or just getting sick, but i had lots of n/v. On the flip side i did have a nice amount of energy...almost too much, i felt like i needed to get up and go...all day/all night :o)

Absolutely Amazing Pill- the only diet pill that has ever worked for me
This product is amazing. I can hardly believe I got so lucky as to stumble upon it. I take one at 8:30 am and one no later than 2:00 pm. It gives my tons of energy and absolutely no urge to eat whatsoever. I'll eventually get hungry but it allows me to eat only in order to nourish my body. It allows me to stick with my goal of only eating when hungry- which is my primary method of weight-loss. I also take soy protein powder as a meal replacement if I don't have a dying urge to eat a particular thing or if I cannot decide what to eat and want something low-fat and low-calorie. I've lost about 10 pounds in a few weeks with the help of Zylene. I intend to keep using it until I lose about 45 more pounds. I'll state again that this pill is absolutely amazing. I've tried many, many diet pills and none of them work. This is not a sugar pill. I can feel the difference in my energy level and appetite when I take the pill and when I don't. But I only take one pill at a time- and only two a day. Taking two at a time makes me very jittery. Taking only one a day does not curb my appetite enough. Two a day, one at a time is what I highly recommend. If you've tried it and like it as much as I do, please help me spread the word about this amazing product, which is what I'm trying to do.

I need to add on to my review. It's better to take your second pill around 4:00 pm in order to cover the evening-hour danger zone of cheating. I will admit that I have not lost anything else since I made this comment about a month ago. This is because I ran out of the product at certain times- and at those times I ate poorly enough to make my weight bounce back up again. I do consistently lose weight when I use this product continuously, though. I mainly use it to increase my mental and physical condition. It can be very, very tiring being a mom of 5 and I get 10 x more done when I take the Zylene than when I don't take it. Without it, I feel very lethargic. With it, I am Super Mom- energetic and in a great mood. This is such a great product. The soy protein powder is just a meal replacement and I shouldn't have mentioned it in my review. Sorry to confuse.

It Works
I was using it on and off so don't know much about the weight loss (don't really weight myself all taht often), but it does reduce apetite and gives an extra energy boost.

the negative sidefects were dry mouth and increased heart rate. after about six days of taking one capsule a day I noticed that my heart rate was higher than usually, so I started taking it only every other day or once every 3 days, so I don't think it did much in terms of weight loss, but as I said before, it's a great energy boost.
And try to take it in the morning. If you take it later in the afternoon, you'll be up half the night.
In fact I usually need my 8 hours of sleep, but when using LIDA, 6 1/2 hours where sufficient to get enough rest.

I have heard a lot of negative stuff about LIDA, as well as the fact that it is pretty much the only weght loss supplement that really works fast.

Anyways, If you decide to use it be careful about it. There is a reason why in many countries it's authorized tobe sold without prescription.

P.S. The Shipment was very fast. Package arrived i 3 days.

It actually works!
This product, does work very well. Do a simple test eat some fatty food and in a couple of hours your stool, will contain oily droplets. At first, it seem to good to be true that how the product is marketed is truly how it works. It certain is no fake.

Word of caution, remember to take your multivitamins before bed time because this drug does strip it out most of your vitamins from your normal diet.

be surprised when you fart !
i was about to use this product,until an co-worker of my sister told me other wise. she told me that you eat ANYTHING fatty its going to show...guess it works. but when you think that you have to fart, your actually crapping out the fat you just ate ! im never going to go near this stuff! im just going to keep exercising and drinking rockstar juiced B4 workouts, lost 33lbs just by doing that.
